Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to change your plans. However, in respect for our aestheticians, staff, and other clients, we have established the following policies to help us manage our schedule and provide the best possible service for everyone:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will not be charged.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $30 late cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged 33% of the total invoice.​
Transferred Client Balances
Please note that all rollover balances from the previous business will no longer be honored. As we transition to our new business policies, these balances will be removed from the accounts in the near future.

Individual outcomes depend on a variety of factors, including skin type, lifestyle, age, medical history, and adherence to recommended aftercare. While our team uses professional products, advanced techniques, and industry-standard equipment, we cannot guarantee specific or identical results for every client.
